This lavish maritime art book is devoted to the famous Holland America Line fleet. The world famous artist Ronald van Rikxoort has painted 63 individual ships from this iconic shipping line in his unique style which manages to capture both, the sharp architectural details of the ships as well as convey the rhythm and motion of the ocean.

The ship paintings in this book cover the entire history of the Holland America Line, from the first liners in 1877 to the mega cruise ships serving in the current fleet (as of 2021). They are brought to life in a grand total of one hundred and thirty five paintings which depict the ships in a variety of seascapes and conditions. The book itself is a beautiful piece of art!
